Yes I think it could be trained, but it would take alot of time and as mycatsmom says alot of patients.

Look under Rescuing and training Feral dogs. That will explain everything how to sucessfully train a feral dog. It is possible, but a very slow process and takes great patience! Best of luck to you.and I hope you can do it.
