Stomach surgery makes everything above and sometimes below the waist painful, I don't quite see where the violation thinking comes into the equation, unless you had suspicions previously.

Yes....I'm sure it has something to do with the developers of this site.It has happened before.

I doubt anything sinister happened to you whilst you were under anesthetic.Any surgery to the body is traumatic, expect aches and pains all over.

When you have this suspicion, it's prudent to check your doctor and the surgical location out.  You could go to your local AMA or American Medical Association, the police department, BBB, or even the licensing bureau to see if there any complaints of this nature by any of the previous patients against these people. 

I seriously doubt it but check it out, find out who all was in the room and keep your ears opened to rumor.......
