      Did you change internet server companies ? If not, then just call your internet provider and tell him// her the prob. If that doesn't work, call the company that made your computer.

        Are you using webmail or a dedicated email program like outlook?  You may have cleared instant history, if so, your addresses are still there.  Can't go into it without knowing what program or service you are using.
