    indoor herb garden-worm or larvae?

In soil. 1 inch in length, 1/2mm wide, translucent. Infesting my my new seedlings. The only reason I know they are there is because I threw the last of my seeds in a couple of bleached clear plastic pop bottles. So now 2-3 weeks later I can see the "worms" moving inside the bottle . I presume that all my plants are infected. I would not be so bothered except the plants have another 2-3 weeks inside my apartment before being planted outside. What could they be? (they look like seedling roots). Should EVERYTHING be tossed? Did they arrive in the bag of soil? I live in Vancouver and it's still pretty cold for flies.

If they look like this they are nematode worms which are very tiny.""Or they could be baby earthworms.""Check this site for more onfo>>>http://www.gardenaction.co.uk/houseplant/houseplant-compost-soil-pest.asp AND HERE>>>http://www.bing.com/search?q=worm+pests+in+herb+garden+soil&go=&qs=n&form=QBRE&pq=worm+pests+in+herb+garden+soil&sc=0-0&sp=-1&sk=
