Yes, you certainly can get your money back by going to your Paypal account and file a dispute, and remember to file as "Non-receipt Items" category. The seller will be asked to provide tracking information, or will be forced to refund you money. The seller must provide valid tracking info if they have it. Good luck!

I have allways found that paypal favours the buyer over the seller.

ug..I would like an explanation of why you voted down one of my responses. You do not vote down, unless something is offensive or racist or hurtful...not a response that gives information.

One my friend decided to get a refund and opened a dispute. The seller just did not answer on it, and 20 days later the dispute was closed by paypal. The money are still in a seller's wallet..
