How do I get in touch with someone at the office phone?????? I have tried for two full days and the line is always busy. I have all of the websites. and they will now accept my pin be because I haven't contacted them in the last 15 months. All I want to know is if they will fax me the 2011 1099R forms for my tax consultant. She cannot do my taxes without it. I did not receive one for last year. I need one filled out as soon as possible. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Do you have the physical address? If so, send them a very nice note and a stamped, self-addressed envelope and hope and hope that they will send you the form. There may be a supervisor that you can contact? You can slip a note under the door. You can fly a paper envelope over the wall ... Try all ways.
