If you think living in PA is cheap, you've been lied too. Lets just talk about one piece of property. $4,060 school tax, $650 county tax, $68/mo sewer, $35/mo water, community dues $1900/yr, electric for one house (3700sq/ft) $550/MO, gasoline $4.00/gallon. JOBS, non existant. Stay where you are. The sticks are not cheap. Also, you must own a four wheel drive vehicle. Cabfare is $37.00 one way into town. If you plan on renting, you will pay $1200.00/mo plus utilities, which by the time your done will be around $2,000.00/mo.
