Eating healthy will certainly extend your life span, by how much no one can tell. It all comes down to genes.
We had a lady here in Australia who was 110 and she had never eaten healthy food. She said she had only ever eaten meat pies, no vegetables and no fruit. She was only just now eating healthy food. However, one thing in the lady's favour was, she was not obese nor overweight.
