For iTunes, send them an e-mail about the new computer. They will send you links to download them to the new one. You can do this for up to 4 computers I believe.

Get a back up hard drive and transfer everything you can to it, then connect it to your laptop and use as an external hard drive or transfer everything to your laptop. The sales person at your computer supply store can explain this more clearly to you.
