      Create an account on the webpage of the business you need to pay.  Then click pay my bill and fill in your bank information.

        If it's a credit card account, you may call them and ask if you can make a phone payment.  They will tell you "yes" or "no".  If it's yes, there may be a charge or not.  Also, they would need access to your bank account.  It's safe to do this since you called them.  It's their phone number and it's safe.  Otherwise, you're out of luck.
