My friend maybe u change the location of the picture u set as wallpaper or delete it so the screen will go blank, it happens mostly on windows XP. There is no other logical reason for screen to go blank but viruses, just right click on the image u want to set as background and set it, then do not touch the image by any means even do not try to reame it, if it did not work I think there is somthing wrong with ur PC , u can always call me for help www.downwiki@gmail.com
