      Probably because minecraft can't be downloaded for free.

        well if u are a admin u will have to ask the admin(administrator also known as localadmin) to lower the security settings oh and if u dont know it may just be that u have not bought minecraft and paid                                          Peace Out-   BurningcometDom  :D
