          House crashing for a meal at my neighbors. The wifes not coming home again and I can't cook. Tired of eating out alone.

            Buy yourself a cookbook and have some fun. You'll find out (after all these years) that's it's easier than you think...really! Then you can invite your neighbors over and enjoy! :)

            It just looks like soooo much work to start from scratch. Besides I'd have to buy an apron, that ain't happening.
