    I have been using Firefox for ages, however every time it requests to upgrade I lose absolutely everything, end up with a blank page,any ideas, probably something I'm doing wrong,I'm a bit of a numb nut with technology

      Lambshank: I had been using Firefox for years until I did an upgrade about a year ago. I started having problems like taking forever to load, etc. I tried uninstalling and reloading with no luck, then decided to go with Google Chrome. It works much faster. Recommend you give it a try.
