About An Over Due Debut::3-28-12
I have this legal question,when my late husband was still alive he owed over $21,000.00 to a credit firm called Consqueco. I never signed my name on the papers so his name was the only one on the agreement paper. With his death & all do I still have to pay on this huge bill even if I didn't sign papers? I hope I don't because I am on a fixed income and there is no way I'll ever pay that off. By the way my other or former married name was Mrs. Gerald Lee Klinger if this helps with solving the answer. Thanks!
