Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon groundblackpepper
- 1 1/2 cups beer
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl add flour, egg, garlic powder, and blackpepper. Stir in 1 cup beer (you can add more than one cup to obtain your desired texture).

To make a great fish batter so fish is crisp and not greasy:
1. wash fish and then roll in Corn Starch (to keep out the grease).
2. then dip it in a bowl of beaten eggs.
3. then pat with Peppy's Seafood Batter (made with beer).
4. then last dip it in PANKO Bread Crumbs.
5. Cook fish at 350 degrees in peanut oil till golden brown.
6. Season to your taste. I use a little garlic powder and pepper.
You will eat the most delicious crunchy fish you have ever had!!!
