      Just seeing this one...I got a txt just like it- turns out the site you verify your cell # has been shut down while the gov't. collects info.- It's a fraud.  Sorry.  I was bummed too.

        Don't do it - it's a scam.  I tried and ended up getting daily messages to my phone and then billed for each message.  It was a huge problem to get out of it!
