why can't i top up my mobile with vodafone ?
i recently had a new bank card, so i have given my card details on line in my account but it still refuses to recognise my details even though they acknowledged them initially when i put them in and said i had been successful in registering for direct debit ,i am really frustrated and have tried all ways but i cannot get anywhere with topping up and credit line says if i try to top up again with the details i will be blocked so what else can i do?
