Hello everybody. I am unfiortunately not especially good at handling computer software. I had a well-functioning pdf-creator, but after downloading the newest version it will now only print using the file extension .prn and not .pdf. Can anybody help me here ?

this is a calculated guess go to programes remove the newer version of the program if you can only find one file still remove it the go to computor drivers update all then redownload origanal prgram check first if there are free driver updates for that program see if it is compatable with your prosseser update then after thats finished check if with the newer updates are compatable then hit the run comand box when it appears and wait when you see it again hit the second run comand box wait then last step hit save box , save it in downloads or programes or create a new file .place it in there rename it ,,,,,,,,,,, good luck. vikki
