    What exercise is more beneficial for a person,riding a bike or walking for an hour?

    I personally like power-walking, the best activity for me,  but I have found that  the best is alternating both of these exercises, as your body tends to adjust to only one exercise over time.  Keep it guessing and you'll have much better results and it'll be less boring for you in each session!!  Good going!!
