    what does it mean to get when you have waited past the time for imigration to make a decesion on your status?

    my husband and i have been married for 11 yrs and we had an interview back in november of 2001, we have been aproved of the i130, and have been waiting now for 6 yrs. tomarrow.every time i call about the visa, ins just say's it;s being processed.can someone help me please?

      Pity you didnot state where you are, country wise. I know in Ireland or Uk, a person would go and discuss matter  with their local MP
