    why is my fuel pump not pumping fuel when i just replaced it...i have the line off after the pump to see if is pumping or not

    Some times some pumps need priming with a little gas to get them started.

    You put it in arse about face. It is blowing when it should be sucking.

    could be the feul pump relay under the hood, usually mounted on the firewall
