        DRINK plenty of fluids too and don`t forget your FIVE A DAY...(portions of vegetables(Yuck)..AND FRUIT...AND exercise regularly!!!

        It certainly can.  If it goes away when the constipation goes away- and stays away until you are that constipated again then that is the likely cause.
