    Are your feet dry mate?  385mm in a day is a blooody lot of rain. We're getting rain but not that much.I saw Kawana Waters on TV.Boy were they copping it.

    Things are fine, we have had no rain for 2 days so a bit of a respite.
    Forecast rain for next week.
    A friend was stranded on Nicklin Way for 2 1/2 hours on Thursday evening about 8 minutes drive from me.

        Yeah, we're pretty good. It's not raining down here for a change.
        The rain they are getting is the leftover of a category 4 cyclone. I guess it will eventually end up down here.

        I's heading out to sea at last.But we'll stay ready for the next one.Easter is traditionally wet in S.E.Queensland.

        He posted about this. Apparently, he's OK and not flooded but his roof took a battering and needs some fixing.
