What did AOL do to "My Favorites" ?? Why am I paying for unauthorized changes?
I do not want constant changes, or the latest version of aol. I loved 9.0 , but that is long gone. Now I can't find MY FAVORITES. It's annoying to have to deal wih all of this. Can't you leave well enough alone, or put another way: "Don't fix-it if it ain't broke.!" Take a hint from the electronics industry, as they now make phones, cameras, TV's etc... much more consumer friendly, meaning: simple to operate! Is this why AOL has lost so many users to other ISP's lately?
