    are there elevation detectors you can buy for your car?

    traveling from Michigan to Florida and have to avoid high elevations due to eye surgery.  whats the best route and do they sell elevation detectors so you know your elevation in your car at all times?

      There do not appear to be elevation detectors for cars but here's a great map with those stats>>>http://geology.com/state-high-points.shtml

        There are instrument like altimeter that calibrate elevation,for aircraft why wouldn't they work for a car?
