Thanks Colleen.Unfortunately that was the first thing I tried but found it was not listed. I think it came from another programme entitled 'Wise Convert'which slipped it past me to take over.

Check to see if it's an add on. Go to Tools, Add ons, manage add ons and see if it's there. Also, try right clicking on File and see if your other tool bars are there and place a check mark beside the one you want to use and uncheck all others.
