it is very tough to remove an engine such as a V10 out of any ford truck or suv since the engine and transmission have to come out together. i dont have the labor giude book in front of me but i would guess about 22-29 hours of labor. i will look it up tomorrow is you want the exact number.

Why do they have to come out together? they never use to..
