      18'x1.5'x0.33'= 8.91 CF


      Buy 36 bags, .25 CF ea. Ready Mix Concrete at the Home Depot or other home maintenance store.


      Rent a small cement mixer, 1/4 CY.  Get 3 of your friends to help and buy a case of cold beer.
