how about a term named caldera. Crater Lake was once the tallest mountain in north america. Now it a very deep lake because of the volcano that caved in on itself. The clearest lake you will ever see , and most beautiful. Water fills in from snowfall. It hardly rains in spring - summer.

I would like it to me named "The Maxwell's old Farm"...That way when locals give you directions they can say.." Go about 3 miles and turn left where the Old elm used to stand...go another mile or four and turn Right Where the Old school yard was. Fllow that a stretch and you'll see The Maxwell's old Farm right after the bend in the road. Do you need bait?"
