I can,t load my protools and digidesign 003 rack. I had to remove it off of my Computer
When I tried to load up ProTools to my Dididesign 003 Rack, it loaded but the image is distorted and it will not perform. I am into my second week and still nothing.I have been trying to contact your company all last week. I purchase my system New from Long&McQuade. Please someone call me. I am locked out from something that I paid for and own.I admire your tight security but as a result ,I am locked out. Please call me or something, Peter Dale Kindred, 1 506 652 7537.
