    Is it legal for an employer to tell an employee that he must give his employer medication prescribed to him, so the employer can dispense the medication at a dose the think is appropriate, or he is suspended?

    They can only do this if they have a fully covered medical office at the job site and a qualified nurse who can give you your medication to the exact amount as listed on the prescription bottle.
