    Is it legal for your employer to say to an employee, give us your medication so the employer can dispense what they think the dose should be and if the employee refuses to give his meds to the employer or he is suspended

    They can only do this if they have a fully covered medical office at the job site and a qualified nurse who can give you your medication to the exact amount as listed on the prescription bottle.

    I would be very caution of this, could lead to civil action especialy in some countries that take civil action if you sneeze.
