    The person is paying $371.00 per month on a $10,000.00 annual income. I once was told the proper rent calculations are 30% of an individuals annual income!

    !/4 is what the renter should be able to afford to pay, but that does not mean a landlord can not charge whatever the market demands.


    At least the governmnt has not yet past a law TELLING owners what they  MUST charge.


    If Obama gets re-elect only GOD know what other goofy laws will be passed by the Congress   ;(
