I do not understand you question, as asked.
If you are asking what someone, with and income of $10,000 annually should pay in rent, the answer is ones housing should not exceed 1/4 of ones income, or around $200 a month
If that person is living in the US, there are housing assistance grants available from the Federal and State(s) governments.
If it is a family, living below the poverty level for a family of four, that level is is nearly $25,000.
Making them eligible for over $45,000 is federal and state aid of all types from rent to food to clothing and healthcare.
Is it any wonder so many people, from all over the world, want to come to the good old USA?
