      Cubic Centimeters are a volume measurement, like cubic inches, not an indicator of horsepower


      4200 cubic centimeters = 256.299725 cubic inches


      One must use a machine called a dynamometer to calculate the HP of an IC engine


      If your mower has a 4200 CC motor it must be one hell of a big mower. 


      A mid-size car like a Ford Fusion has around a 256 Cubic Inch V6 engine   ;-)
