Both or neither depending on your point of veiw. The first being was a hermaphrodite.

The dude was doing fine until god said you need company, Adam fought it off but God won and he ripped a rib from adam, it was his best rib too, then he did some magic and there was this woman, adam never seen a woman before so he ran away, the woman we will call eve, caught him and she had mouth- This was the end of man as we know it.  Somewhere in there thates a snake, an apple and a fig leaf. all of that led to the total demise of man and thus, porn was born. And this is why we have the internet. This is the story as it happened, I know, i was there and saw it.

Being tired of self amusement and multination the choice to divide, brought order to chaos and the first pair came into existence followed by all that followed and here we are.   

  Lilith took one look at Adam and she cleared out and left him with Eve who was made from his rib...ugh.
