If your computer isn't capable of recieving a wireless signal, it is as simple as purchasing what amounts to an antena and plugging it into a USB port. You'd probably do yourself a favor in getting someone who is familiar with the process connecting into a wireless network. I say this as, if you are asking this question, it sounds as though you would struggle with the process.
