I put an item to sell on Ebay.fr that is the French Ebay. What I want to know is whether the item will be shown worldwide?

No. eBay is country specific for the buyer and seller.

If somebody from another country has searched their own ebay site for an item and none was found, then ebay searches other countries for that item and any found will be listed for them.

Not always true. It doesn't always redirect. I had to type in eBay UK to check other countries when a sports shirt I was looking for couldn't be found in the USA.
