    What to do legally about a neighbor that litter on my property?

    I have an upstairs neigbor at the studioplex lotfs in down town atlanta that throw cigaretts continuously on my front property.  Property Management is unresponsive and I now want to involve the poolice.  Who so I call?

        You better relax and let him do so there will be a day will he will leave it and would understand that its a bad habit.
