    All of these so-called "junk files"/"ghost files"... where can i find them and why cant they be

    deleted or removed.? Surely i could do that myself. my fear it that i would remove or erase something that might be beneficial to my computer. i think i know what just plain clutter looks like though. i wish i felt more confident about the proceedures necessary to tidy up the memory on my computer. i thought that this 500 GB external hard drive would solve alot of problems. But it turns out that i dont know how to use that either !!  R.K. 3-15-12
