        Darci, The medicinal quality of Chia Pet is most effective around Christmas time only.

        I do not know if there's an actual proven technique out there that will rejuvenate follicles to make hair grow again. Stem cell research may give us an answer to hair regeneration someday.

          That's a good idea, you can put icing on your head and make it look like hair.
