    if you have lived in a house for 15 years paid property taxes on house for 15 years do you have any claim to house?

    From what I understand is, the person that has the deed can request that the propriety tax bill go to a different person if they wanted that, however that doesn’t not change the deed. If the person who’s name is on the deed has expired (died) you might go ask a lawyer about this question. My aunt got some land that way.
