    why is my 1995 BMW 525 overheating

    aux water pump has been replaced. over heats after running 10 - 15 .min.

    could it be related to bad air flow caused by damage to front end when car hit something and damaged the oil pan and lower front end.

    No. It has to do with the flow of antifreeze. make sure nothing is kinked.

    Have the thermostat checked. Make sure there is plenty of antifreeze in it.

    almost too much antifreeze (over 50/50) and thermostat checked out ok.

    What about the fan? Is the belt good? Are you getting plenty of air flow to help cool the engine?
