      Preponderance of evidence applies only in Civil Court, not in Criminal Court.

        I like your answer and depth of knowledge. However, isn't an allegation before the crimes are detrermined by the high court?

        Poof is what is required, even in Civil Court allegations are a dime a dozen.

        One can call one a "Son of a bitch," or a "Bastard."

        One is a allegation that can never be proved, the other however, MY be factual. ;)
