Every adult has the right to determine when their death will be. They need counseling from two psychiatrists, two psychologists, and death specialists (If such a job-description exists) There are times in a persons life when a bout of insanity may strike them and in that case suicide must be carefully thought out. They must also have advice on how to best go about accomplishing a comfortable death. (For themselves and those they leave behind)
Children under 21 need to be hospitalized until it is safe for them to make decisions.

I hope you never have to face the excruciating nightmare of dying from a very painful and horrible disease. There comes a point when even morphine does not take away the pain. The person just lays there and suffers. Sometimes they lay and suffer for months or a year or more. I hope you never have to face that. I see you mirror Franklin5 in this. "He" said no too.
