Guys in the age group of 19 to 26, depending upon their social environment have a two phased mindset.

phase 1 - mature, because he is no longer a teenager and has to prove himself among older successful men in the work place or elsewhere.
he definitely cannot afford being juvenile or else he will lose the respect of his peers.

phase 2 - immature, still dealing with teenage desires for entertainment and being "cool".

These two phases always create a conflict in the guy's personality and thinking.
