      Yes. The  pain 24/7 refers to having pain up to 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. The abbreviation  R.A. is for rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

            I believe my father was in cont. pain with RA. He had hand,foot,knne,shoulder,back,neck,wrist surgeries from RA. His hands,fingers,toes were contorted. He got RA when he was 40. He was in pain.

                Absolutly, I have RA and there is never a moment I am pain free.Its a part of life for me. Some days are worse than others.
