    Can you make peach jam with previously frozen peaches?

    Depends how long the peaches have been frozen. The longer they have been frozen, the fruit will have faded a fair amount in quality and flavor. You could use them to make jam mixed with another fruit to hide the the color and give it more taste.

    yes I have used the surejell recipes from the folder in the box.

    You can use frozen, but I think fresh peaches make far better jam. Have you tried the frozen jam recipes on Surejell? Its very easy and very tasty!
