Algunos países sólo permiten aquellos que no han trabajado nunca y se encuentran en el pago de los subsidios del Gobierno para la mayor parte de sus vidas. Conpanies de seguro de salud no aceptan sólo los seguros de salud para los mayores de 60 años de edad debido a riesgos de salud asociados con el envejecimiento son mayores (problemas del corazón, insuficiencia hepática, etc), también quieren pólizas de vida, que de nuevo el seguro de salud. Si no puede pagar un seguro médico con una política, lamentable, pero puede que tenga que pagar las cuentas a ti mismo, o ir a un hospital público si está disponible.

Some countries only allow those who have not worked before and are on the payment for subsidies from the Government for the greater part of their lives. Health insurance conpanies do not accept only health insurances for those older than age 60 because the health risks associated with aging are greater (heart problems, liver failure etc.), they also want life policies which back the health insurance. If you cannot afford health insurance with a policy, unfortunate, but you may have to pay the bills yourself, or go to a public hospital if available.
